Washington Awards owner, Doug Williams, has 45 years of coaching experience, 36 years at the 18U level with 700+ wins. He coached 18U Washington Awards Baseball from 1980-1986 and headed the Bellevue Honda Baseball program from 1987-2017. Over that span, Doug has built relationships and connections with college coaches and scouts across the entire west coast. He not only provides us with a historic organization name, but he will also provide consultation to our program to help our athletes and coaches reach their full potential.
