ABOUT AWARDS BASEBALL
We proudly field competitive 15U–18U teams that participate in Top Tier local tournaments. Our athletes train at Base By Pros facility in Lynnwood, where they receive high-level, specialized instruction in every aspect of the game:

Hitting & Fielding – Led by Nate Sadler, Assistant Coach at Edmonds College and Awards Director, bringing elite-level experience and mentorship

Pitching – Guided by the professional coaching staff at Base By Pros, focused on developing mechanics, velocity, and command

Strength & Mobility – Designed and delivered by a licensed performance coach from Base By Pros, in partnership with the Awards coaching staff, ensuring our athletes build strength, stay healthy, and perform at their peak
